What’s your favorite thing about working with dogs?
I just love the happy energy they have, it is impossible to be in a bad mood when you’re hanging around dogs.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
I love seeing the dogs warm up to us. It is very rewarding when a nervous dog realizes that we aren’t so scary and we get to see their personalities come out.
How many years of experience do you have working with dogs (and how many of those are at Barkefellers)?
5 years, all at Barkefellers
What are you most looking forward to this year?
Going on some fun adventures this summer. And working on my gardening skills.
Do you have any pets of your own?
I have three dogs (Fred, Scooby, Archie) and a hamster (Betty).
What hobbies do you have outside of work?
I love being outside, anytime I can be out in nature I’m happy. I also spend a lot of time doing diy home improvement projects.
What is the most exciting thing on your bucket list?
Thru hike the Appalachian Trail
What do you listen to while in your car?
Mostly pop hits circa 2010, but really anything I can dance to!
