I graduated from Greenwood Christian Academy in Greenwood, IN. I am currently attending UIndy and majoring in Psychology.
What’s your favorite thing about working with dogs?
My favorite thing about working with dogs is gaining the connection and relationship we have with them. They are always full of love and affection and are so loyal! They will always be right by your side no matter what.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is obviously seeing all of the dogs and cats, but I also love talking with the customers and getting to know them and their pups!
How many years of experience do you have working with dogs (and how many of those are at Barkefellers)?
I have had dogs my entire life. I have also worked with Indy Pit Crew a few years helping check dogs in to get their vaccines or just to be checked out by a vet. I have worked at Barkefellers for 2 ½ years. Through that time I have learned so much. I’ve grown in customer service, connected with so many people and so many of the dogs, and have also learned not only how to work at the front desk, but the hotel as well.
What are you most looking forward to this year?
I’m looking forward to getting married this summer and going on trips. I’m also excited to see how I grow with Barkefellers and just to see how much I learn!

I have 6 dogs and 10 chickens at home. My dogs are Max and Hershey (Pomeranians), Bandit (Husky), Akelah (Malamute), Posie and Oakley (Golden Retrievers).
What hobbies do you have outside of work?
I love to go shopping, take fun weekend trips to the lake, go on walks with the dogs, workout, or hangout with family and my fiance.
What is the most exciting thing on your bucket list?
The most exciting thing on my bucket list is to go to Hawaii and hike to as many waterfalls as I can!
What do you listen to while in your car?
Normally I listen to country, pop, throwbacks, or Christian music. I sometimes listen to podcasts as well.
