Where did you go to school?
All over, but I graduated from Largo High in Largo, FL.
What’s your favorite thing about working with dogs?
Being surrounded by unconditional love all day!!
What’s your favorite part of your job?
Building trust, forming relationships with the dogs, and doing my best to care for them and help them feel safe while away from their families.
How many years of experience do you have working with dogs (and how many of those are at Barkefellers)?
I have about 20 years of experience with dogs and 2 years at Barkefellers.
What are you most looking forward to this year?
Going to Colorado for our nephew’s wedding and seeing my son!
Do you have any pets of your own?
Yes, two dogs, Peanut and Barney! They are rescues I met at Barkefellers!
What hobbies do you have outside of work?
Hiking, dog walking, traveling, and discovering great new towns in Indiana!
What is the most exciting thing on your bucket list?
Being able to create a senior dog rescue!
What do you listen to while in your car?
It varies but mostly Kenny Chesney and No Shoes Radio.
