Our Terrace Suites are our most beloved run-sized living space designed for those guests who love their own private, fully enclosed, outdoor patio they can access at their leisure. Terrace Suites are ideal for families with multiple pets (especially larger ones) or active dogs with more social personalities that need less privacy and aren’t stressed when left in bigger spaces. These generous suites boast 60 square feet of private room, tempered glass door, natural light and an ultimate outdoor experience! Here, your pet will enjoy the freedom to run, play, stretch their legs or relax and enjoy sunbathing in peaceful surroundings. Their private patio is open all day, weather permitting, and securely closed at night, leaving your pet to enjoy a restful sleep in the indoor portion of their suite that features year-round climate control and surround-sound music. These rooms also feature calming color tones, elevated premium Kuranda luxury dog bedding with fleece cover, bowls for filtered water and top-quality meals consisting of premium 5-star rated natural formula kibble. When you reserve a terrace suite for your pet, your doggie will enjoy the option of supervised open group play in our spacious play yards or two private activities per day, in the form of outdoor sessions and individualized personal play. We’ll make sure your pet is having the time of their life throughout their stay – as if they were being treated to a staycation.

Resort rules
- Weekday time of arrival is after 6:30 am. Time of departure is before 12:00 pm, and an additional daily charge will begin if not picked up by departure time at noon.
- Weekend time of arrival is after 8:00 am. Time of departure is before 12:00 pm, and an additional daily charge will begin if not picked up by departure time at noon.
- All major holiday drop-offs are the day prior and pick-ups are the day after the holiday.
- Proof of current vaccinations is required for all guests.
- Guests may bring their own food or enjoy our quality food. Personal food must be individually bagged and labeled.
- Guests may also bring 1 bed or blanket and 2-3 toys per guest.
- Guests over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to attend group play.
- Guests must pass a temperament evaluation prior to joining group play.

Out of this world accommodations
We understand what it is like to entrust a beloved pet into someone else’s care. We know that pet lodging is never the same as home, but to minimize stress, our goal is to have your pets stay as close as possible to what they experience at home. Every overnight guest receives our home-away-from-home attention. Care includes three healthy meals a day, fresh water at all times, a clean and sanitized throw for bedding comfort, and an abundance of pats and hugs. Your pet will receive multiple walks during the day and lots of one-on-one attention by our caring team members. We can feed any (owner provided) special diet your pet may require as well as administer any medications, as a service. We also perform a nightly health-check after dinner to ensure that our guests are healthy and happy during their stay.
