4 Weeks of classes M-F​

Are thinking about making a puppy the newest addition to your family? Here at Barkefellers® we recognize there are many wonderful benefits to raising a dog; and there are also some very real challenges. Afterall, a puppy doesn’t come with an owner’s manual. So, Barkefellers® has developed a training program designed for fur-babies 6 months of age. We help you and your family with the puppy management skills needed to be successful. We help implement a plan that will keep your dog happy and your kids safe, while fostering positive relationships that last a lifetime. We teach your pup to socialize and interact with other dogs while engaging in activities that will cover health, safety, obedience, and commands, while providing support for any current puppyhood behavior challenges. We use only reward-based training techniques to ensure your pup has the most enjoyable learning experience. We communicate frequently with you to provide new insights about your dog, their learning style, and behavioral needs. We share successes and assign homework responsibilities. At the end of their basic training, graduates will receive a certificate of completion, graduation photo and celebration.

Training rules

  • Training is available by reservation and appointment only.
  • Each additional dog receives 20% off when signed up together.
  • Payment for our training programs is required in full upon registration.
  • Cancellation is required 2 weeks prior to the program start date due to limited availability.
  • Proof of current vaccinations is required for all classmates
  • Classmates must pass temperament evaluation prior to joining training session.
  • Day School drop-off by 9 am and pick-up after 4 pm.
  • Must schedule transition time.
  • Classmates over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to attend school.
  • Level One required for Level Two training at Day School.

Check-in at Barkefellers®

Register at the front desk. A concierge will introduce the resort. Belongings are taken to guest’s room and pet settles into their surroundings.
