Reservation Policy

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP POLICY

You may drop-off your pet any time during regular business hours.

 

REGULAR HOURS

Monday – Friday: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

 

HOLIDAYS & PEAK TIMES

Drop-off the day prior and pick-up the day after all major holidays: 

  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th,
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • New Year’s Day

Facilities are closed on major holidays. Lodging reservations are subject to a 10% upcharge during peak time periods.

 

VACCINATIONS

Proof of current vaccinations is required for all guests. Must be vaccinated 3-5 days before using any service. 

DOGS: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, & Canine Flu Vaccination: H3N8 and H3N2. 

CATS: Rabies & Distemper.

 

GROUP PLAY POLICIES

Guests over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to attend. Guests must pass temperament evaluation prior to joining group play.

 

DEPOSIT POLICIES

A $25 deposit is required to reserve all accommodations and applies to your balance at check-out. A $50 deposit is required for reservations during peak times. Without a deposit, you do not have a reservation!

Deposits for reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to the start of the reservation will be refunded on credit card used. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the start of the reservation will be forfeited.
