Good morning friends,

The Barkefellers team has been working hard behind the scenes to bring you new services that will provide you with more convenience during drop-off, check-in, and pick-up.

Through our new website, you are able to:

  • Create a customer profile, which can include helpful tips about your pets and pictures
  • Upload important information about your pet
  • Manage your communication preferences
  • Upload vaccinations and receive reminders about expiring vaccinations
  • Put a credit card on file
  • Make reservations and pay deposits online
  • Access invoices and report cards via email
  • Download the Gingr customer portal app to easily access the information you need

Please note previously made appointments will transfer into Gingr, but cards on file WILL NOT. Add a card on file here.
